The 3th China Chongqing Landscape and Architectural Design Exhibition, scheduled for 2009 April 16 to 18 in Chongqing Exhibition Center. "China Chongqing Building Exhibition 2009 " important theme of the exhibition.

◇ Exhibitors and procurement areas:

1. Environmental protection, energy conservation, real estate, building energy efficiency demonstration project display;
2. Theme of landscape art;
3. Architectural design;
4. Landscape construction and facilities;
5. Architecture, landscape lighting and energy-saving technology;
6. Outdoor leisure furniture and related supplies;

◇ The cost exhibitors

1, Standard booth (3 m x 3 m = 9 sq.m): US$1,800/9 sq.m.

Standard booth include: display at the venue, or two panels on three sides (2.5 meters high), Sign language production, searchlights two, a negotiating table and two chairs, includes carpet, 220 V/ 5A power outlet and a regional public health and security. Other outreach and service both the costs themselves.

2, Indoor open space: US$180/sq.m, from 36 sq.m. Any free space configuration, disabled equipment, electricity, and other structures at their own expenses. Special equipment management fees paid to a separate exhibition hall.

3, Technological exchanges: US$1,600/60 minutes, providing 150 Conference Room, audio, refreshments, as well as assisting in the organization of professional audiences.

4, running costs: US$100/ person, including duration of lunch, beverages, the General Assembly affairs and tourism, and other information.

◇ Exhibitors procedures:

1. Applications can be started now, exhibitors please fill out the "exhibitors of the contract" and affix its official seal, by fax to the organizing committee office.

2. The organizing committee received "exhibitors of contract", confirmed and affix its official seal, by fax to exhibitors.

3. Exhibitors enter into an agreement, the exhibitors have to be within five days of the organizing committee exhibitors fees remitted to the designated account receivables (see exhibitors book contract).

4. Needed impetus electricity, gas or water, special booth decoration, and so on, please pre-month advance the relevant information will be available to the organizing committee office, in order to assist in your group participating enterprises make proper arrangements for specific costs themselves.

5. Exhibits transport, accommodation and exhibitors, and other matters related logistical services, as detailed in "shipment" will be one month before the opening of the exhibition by fax or mail to exhibitors.
